Personalisation
Yes, personalisation or monogramming is free of charge. We also offer free standard shipping that normally takes between 1-5 business days.
Blind emboss means that the monogram letters you choose will be indented into the leather without colour foil. This means that there would be no chance of fading. We do recommend this monogram especially for men as it is classy and durable.
Shipping
Our standard free shipping takes 2-5 working days. Express Shipping is usually 1-3 working days depending on the recipient’s postcode.
All orders are generally dispatched the next day. Our couriers would normally collect parcels from our warehouse at 1pm from Monday to Fridays. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be collected on the following Monday 1pm.
